VIG Plaza is a modern class A office building located in New Belgrade's Block 11a. This eight-floor building provides a comfortable, highly flexible and humane environment, over 16.000 m2 of premium office space above ground and 5,000 m2 in two underground levels (technical area and garage).
Projektomontaža contracted and successfully carried out, construction of all MEP installations, (HVAC, hydro-technical, sprinkler installation, and electrical high and low current) on this prestigious and very demanding facility to run.
For increased energy savings, this office building was built with its own source of renewable geothermal energy. Geothermal heating pump uses the energy of land and ground water for heating or cooling buildings.
