As a member of Consortium with Deneza M Engineering as a the Leader, Projektomontaža has contracted engineering works on water, sewage, electrical and HVAC installations. These, the last in the series, works on the reconstruction of sports and swimming facilities, present just continuity in that field of civil engineering. At the moment, works on the reconstruction of the phase I on the Sports Centre in New Belgrade, 11 April, are in progress. Works on the revitalization of the Open pools at the Kosutnjak and on Sports facility Kosutnjak, were successfully completed during the last year for the need of Universiade 2009.

VIG Plaza is a modern class A office building located in New Belgrade's Block 11a. This eight-floor building provides a comfortable, highly flexible and humane environment, over 16.000 m2 of premium office space above ground and 5,000 m2 in two underground levels (technical area and garage). Projektomontaža contracted and successfully carried out, construction of all MEP installations, (HVAC, hydro-technical, sprinkler installation, and electrical high and low current) on this prestigious and very demanding facility to run. For increased energy savings, this office building was built with its own source of renewable geothermal energy. Geothermal heating pump uses the energy of land and ground water for heating or cooling buildings. Projektomontaža, one of the leaders in the design and implementation of smart building installations, has entered the field of development and production of devices for integrated management jobs. A team of PROJEKTOMONTAZA engineers has produced controller that provides reliable management - wire (via computers, the Internet, touch panel, smart sensors) and wireless via WiFi network, remote control, SMS messages .... For the implementation of the controllers we have also developed relevant transitions (gateway) through Ethernet networks to KNX network, and Ethernet networks to DALI network and MODBUS network, with the process of development of the transition (gateway) to the MBUS network in progress. PMCT100 controller is the heart of a smart building that enables communication over a wireless WIFI network, command over applications for mobile phones with WinCE operating system, communication via text messages, with the critical alarms are sent to the technical staff in the form of SMS messages. The new product is just one part of the advanced technology used by the company Projektomontaža and that has been successfully implemented in the most representative buildings, of which the last VIG Plaza in New Belgrade, which was submitted in late May to the user - Wiener Stadische insurance.
